What a wonderful place to stay. You won’t find a nicer place in the area that is closer to Legoland with a nicer host. It’s a charming clean spacious place with all the amenities you would need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

The place is a perfect location for visiting legoland and exploring the wonderful town of Goshen. Check in/out was very smooth. The place itself is beautiful with many nice modern touches and very reasonably priced.

We were very happy with Emily’s spot. The unit is beautiful inside, lots of thoughtful touches, location is ideal if going to Legoland, a nice small selection of toys which my little kids loved, and horses across the street were a great way to start the day! If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay again.

One of the best stays I have had. We really appreciated that there were plenty of good quality utensils, pots and pans to cook with. We were traveling with an 8 year old and 5 year old who were delighted with the toys and books. Walking down to watch the horses in the morning was a great way to start the day.

Our family had a great time at the barn. Everything is brand new and sparkling clean. And we all enjoyed watching the race horses practicing across the street every morning. Make sure to visit the Harness Racing Museum as well – great for kids and adults!

An amazing host that was quick to respond and flexible with our schedule, made booking and checking in a breeze. Inside is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and cubbies stuffed with games and books. If you’re visiting the area, this is your place to stay!

The apartment was adorable & clean! Just as pictured and extremely cozy! But still big enough for a family of 5. It was nice to know she was available in case you needed anything. Very responsive. The apartment is located near several cute little towns for grabbing a nice bite to eat & driving distance to Mount Peter & Bear State Park.

We booked this as a home base for our family ski trip to Mount Peter, which is 20 minutes away. The apartment was well-maintained and well-appointed, and the pictures do it justice. Very cozy stay and very helpful and warm hosts. 5/5

We had a great time during our stay at Emily’s! The property was exactly as described, super clean, and full of awesome elements of the horse barn that it used to be. It was super close to Legoland and the town of Goshen has a lot to explore. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's. We have stayed in a variety of Airbnb apartments over the last five years and this was easily one of the best. All the small touches, like coffee and snacks, dimmable lights in every room, and blackout curtains were so thoughtful and in tune with what might make a guest have a more pleasant stay. Thank you!

Very clean and chic. I can't even tell its a barn. It's the most modern one I've stayed in! Super spacious & had everything we needed and more. The kids loved Legoland, which was literally down the street. We watched the horses trained for a few minutes from the driveway, it was awesome. The place is in a convenient location short drive to everything.

We are a four piece band who stayed here during a recording session about 30 min away. The home is easy to find and in a lovely setting across from a horse track. We enjoyed watching the horses in the mornings. The coffee and breakfast snacks really helped out on our busy mornings. The host was quick to respond to our last-minute booking request.

This is one of the BEST place I ever stayed. Besides it look exactly like the picture, at a great location, the hosts are helpful as well! It feels like home. It has everything you need from cooking seasoning to extra towels . Love this place like my own!

This home was beautiful. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. I went with my family to visit Legoland & this is the perfect spot, literally five minutes away it was very convenient. It was also really fun to watch the horses run the track in the morning. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area or looking to stay near Lego Land.

What a gem of a place! The location, cleanliness, amenities and communication were top-notch. The kitchen was much better than expected and we were so grateful that there were snacks, water and a Keurig, as well as a terrific offering of coffees, teas, sugar/creamer. We enjoyed watching the horses exercising each morning. We heartily recommend the Parkway House!

This was my first time staying at a place like this and I was not disappointed. Stayed at Emily & Dave’s place for 2 nights on a girlfriends getaway. The apartment was immaculate and the perfect size for the five of us. It had everything we needed and Emily was quick to respond when we had a question. Close to great restaurants, wineries, and spas. Would love to stay here again sometime !!

The Parkway House was even better than we expected! We knew from the pictures that it was tastefully decorated & had great amenities -- washer/dryer, full kitchen, etc. What we didn't expect was that it would also be really family friendly -- children's books, toys, SNACKS!, etc. It was relaxing for the adults and fun for the kids. Getting to watch the horses run across the street was an added bonus. We would definitely return!

Great location! Walking distance to town for meals, Harness racing track across street, 35 minutes to West Point Military Academy. The Interior was newly renovated. We Loved the barn atmosphere. Emily very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
